BASIL-FINE LEAF
This very small plant reaches 15-20cm in height and has small flavoursome leaves which are spicy with a sweet taste. The plant is slow to bolt and very attractive especially when used in a pot or tub. It stays dwarf and mound-shaped all season until frost, with a cloud of white flowers covering the surface in late summer.

Basil is very much a warm season herb, It does not tolerate frosts. Basil appreciates added organic matter in the soil and should be grown in full sun where it will grow rapidly. Direct sow in spring. Plant seeds just under the surface and keep moist until they germinate. Thin the seedlings to 30cm apart, keep them moist, but not wet and pinch out seed heads to help prolong life of this basil plant. QTY 0.20 g approx 160 seeds
