This capsicum is a later maturing variety that makes
up for this by having the best flavour of all green
blocky capsicums. It produces slightly flattened
fruit of a mid green colour that goes red when fully
ripe. The fruit keep well when picked and sell well
in farmers markets.

Subtropical areas..August to March
Mild Temperate areas..August to December
Cold Temperate areas..September to November
In Temperate areas it is best to plant using
seedlings prepared a month to six weeks earlier.
Capsicum like alkaline soil and do best in gardens
with dolomite or wood-ash added to the soil.
