DIRECTIONS FOR SPROUTING To sprout KALE seeds they first need to be soaked 4-8 hrs. sprout in a jar, sprouter, bag, tray or on a saucer. You will need to rinse them 2-3 times each day and they will be edible in 5-7 days. Consume the sprouts when the shoots reach 2-5 cm long.

KALE SEED SPROUTS CONTAIN: VITAMINS: Very rich in the antioxydant vitamin A, rich in B vitamins, C, E, K. MINERALS: boron, calcium, silicon, bromine, magnesium, molybdenum, potassium, phosphorus and very rich in sulphur. ACTIONS: KALE sprouts are rich in zeaxanthin and lutein antioxidant carotenoids, found to be effective in preventing and treating visual diseases such as night blindness, cataracts and macular degeneration. Lutein appears to be associated with protection from age related macular degeneration, the leading cause of age related blindness in older adults.
