DIRECTIONS FOR SPROUTING Use a clay saucer when sprouting rocket seeds alone. soak in water for five minutes and drain. Then spread the seeds one seed deep in the saucer and spray 3-5 times daily until they sprout. At this stage it is best to place them in the window for maximum sunlight.
