This fast growing zuchini is a large producer of beautiful yellow mottled green-grey fruit. They are best harvested when the fruit is about 12-15cm in diameter. The fruit is very attractive with a smooth skin and is ready to begin harvesting in about 55-60 days after planting out. This variety is ideal for stuffing and great for general cooking. Just slice off the top, scoop out the seeds, stuff with rice and vegetables, pop into the oven for a few minutes and serve as is. Very Impressive.

Sow the seeds directly into the soil after the last frost has passed. Warmth in the soil is required for best germination. The more preparation you give your soil by adding rich organic matter, which will ensure high nitrogen levels, then the better you will be rewarded with higher yields and better tasting fruit. Plant the seed 2-3 cm deep about 1m apart in full sun. Keep the soil moist but not wet, as good drainage and good airflow is essential to ensure healthy plants which is a must with zucchinis.
