Great baked and good for everyday use. Sow seeds in early Summer in cold regions, throughout spring in warm zones and all year round in subtropical climates. Direct sow into the garden. Place several seeds 2.5cm deep in wide, hollow, saucer shaped depressions 20cm deep. 'Hill up' excavted soil around rim. Leave 2m between hills and if planted in rows leave 1.5 m around each plant.
