It has a tangy flavour well worth a try for those who may never have experienced it. The plant grows similarly to kale but with a more interesting and acceptable flavour. It does best in a full sun situation where it can be planted out at any time of the year in nearly any place in Australia. It is best planted in th period from Spring until Autumn.
