KALE SEED SPROUTS CONTAIN: VITAMINS: Very rich in the antioxydant vitamin A, rich in B vitamins, C, E, K. MINERALS: boron, calcium, silicon, bromine, magnesium, molybdenum, potassium, phosphorus and very rich in sulphur. ACTIONS: KALE sprouts are rich in zeaxanthin and lutein antioxidant carotenoids, found to be effective in preventing and treating visual diseases such as night blindness, cataracts and macular degeneration.
