In temperate climates, sow seeds at almost any time of the year, but in cold districts, best sown during the spring and autumn months. Place seed in moist sand in a airtight container for a few weeks. Then place seeds in seedling trays or punnets by tamping the seed into a premium seed raising mix. Cover lightly with the mix and keep moist. Plant out into garden when the seedlings are established. Liquid fertilise as required.
