DIRECTIONS FOR SPROUTING.  Sprouted, hulled seeds are one of the richest natural sources of zinc, an important mineral essential for growth and development, fertility and for immunity. Discard any seeds and debris from those broken in transit. Soak the seeds for 6-12 hours, rinse and sprout in a jar, or sprouter. Rinse them 2-3 times a day for a day or two until they sprout.

Sprouted, hulled seeds are one of the richest natural sources of zinc, an important mineral essential for growth and development, fertility and for immunity. Discard any seeds and debris from those broken in transit. Soak the seeds for 6-12 hours, rinse and sprout in a jar, or sprouter. Rinse them 2-3 times a day for the day or two they take to germinate. The seeds need to be eaten soon after sprouting as they develop bitterness soon thereafter.
