DIRECTIONS FOR SPROUTING Soy Beans need to be sorted to ensure no seeds split in transit remain to possibly rot. Rinse seed 15-24 hrs.giving 2-3 changes of water. Use lukewarm water for soaking to ensure good germination. These seeds absorb a lot of water.

These seeds absorb a lot of water. When double in size drain, rinse well and place in a large container (they swell a lot) and rinse 3-6 times daily. In 2-5 days they are edible at 1-3 cm long.
SOY BEAN SPROUTS CONTAIN:
VITAMINS: A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B15, C. K, choline, folic acid, inositol, PABA.
MINERALS: calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, silicon, sodium, zinc.
ACTIONS: antioxydant, cardio-tonic, depurative, hypoglycaemic, nutritive, tonic. They have been used to cleanse and stimulate kidneys, the adrenal system, strengthen the heart and circulation, and to increase energy and vitality.
