DIRECTIONS FOR SPROUTING

Soak your Snow Pea seeds for 8-12 hrs., drain and sprout in a jar, bag or sprouter, rinse 2-3 times daily and grow until 0.5-2.0cm long. Snow Peas can be grown in seed boxes for cutting as peas shoots too. Just sprinkle seeds on a thin layer of soil and cover with sand or soil and keep moist until they are 10 cm high. You can then nip the growing points for your salads.

VITAMINS: A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, B15, B17, C. K, choline, folic acid, inositol, PABA. MINERALS: boron, calcium, chromium, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, sodium, sulphur, zinc. ACTIONS: anti-inflammotory, antioxydant, antiscorbutic, antiviral, aparient, digestive, diuretic, expectorant, nutritive, tonic. Peas are rich in protease inhibitors that have been found to prevent certain viruses and chemical carcinogens in the intestines known to promote cancer.
