Deep rooted plants mixed with other plants that have broadly spreading root systems mean that there are roots right across the soil profile seeking out any soluble nutrients that might be available

They then absorb these nutrients into the plant.

This Green Manure mix has been specially formulated to maximise the ability of the ground cover to retrieve leached nutrients from deep in the soil.

Deep rooted plants mixed with other plants that have broadly spreading root systems mean that there are roots right across the soil profile seeking out any soluble nutrients that might be available.

They then absorb these nutrients and hold them in their plant mass.  When you cut or plough in these plants they in turn make the stored nutrients available to your recently planted main crop.

You will be amazed at how much better your garden will be next season and how much better the vegetables will taste.

Sow at the rate of 1 Kg / every 50-80 sq m.  Equivalent to 100g/ 5 sq m of garden bed.
