Chenopodium quinoa
DIRECTIONS FOR SPROUTING
Sprout by soaking the seeds in a jar for
2-4 hours, drain, rinse thoroughly 5-6 times.
Wash the seed 5-6 times daily for
1-2 days, or until the shoot barely shows.
Seed that is left to long will develop bitterness.
ORGANIC QUINOA SEED SPROUTS CONTAIN:
VITAMINS:
B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B15, C, K, folic acid, PABA.
MINERALS:
calcium, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium,
manganese, potassium, selenium, sodium, zinc.
ACTIONS: Blood tonic, digestive, laxative, nutritive.
The rinsing of Quinoa is important to rid the
water of saponins.
Place the sprouts near light (a window) for the
last day of sprouting in order to promote
