WHEATGRASS SEEDS FOR SPROUTING BIODYNAMIC/ORGANIC
We have all heard of Barley and Wheat Grass Juice, and know that it is wonderful for the body. Now you can grow your own. When sprouted it is high in Vitamins and much much more.
WHEAT SEED SPROUTS CONTAIN: VITAMINS: A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, B17, C, D, E, F, H, K, P, choline, folic acid, inositol, PABA.
DIRECTIONS FOR SPROUTING
Soak wheat seeds in a jar or bag for 10-12 hrs., rinse 2-3 times daily for the
2-4 days needed for germination to occur. Eat the sprouts at 0.5 to 1 cm long.
Wheat sprouts can be used for producing wheatgrass. This is best done by using a
tray for growing the seeds.
