DIRECTIONS FOR SPROUTING Fenugreek seeds have a high mucilage content so do not use hot water to rinse or soak. soak 2-3 tblsp of seeds in one litre of water for 8-12 hours. Fenugreek has been used for thousands of years for health benefits and you can drink the soak water. Rinse the seeds 3-4 times daily

Rinse the seeds 3-4 times daily and ensure the seeds are well spread in the container before replacing to rest. They are ready to eat at 1-4 cm long. This takes 2-4 days.
