DIRECTIONS FOR SPROUTING Soak seed for 8-12 hours. If seed is still hard and has not doubled in size , change water and resoak for 6-12 hours. Drain off the water rinse and place seeds in sprouter, bag, or jar. Rinse seeds 2-4 times daily. Consume seeds after 1-2 cm long. This usually takes 2-4 days. Chick peas are great mixed with other seeds. One great mix is 25% chick peas, 25% azuki beans and 50% green lentils. Chick peas contain very high quality protein.
