DIRECTIONS To sprout Borlotti beans they first need soaking for 8-24 hrs. until they have doubled in size. The soak water should be discarded after 12 hrs.. Rinse then well and place in a sprouter, a bag, a jar or on a damp towel. Rinse them 5-6 times a day and keep them cool as they gernerate considerable heat. Discard

Discard all water to reduce gas production after eating. The sprouts can be used when 1 or more cm long. For good digestion it is recommended that these sprouts be cooked before consumption.
BORLOTTI BEAN SPROUTS CONTAIN: VITAMINS: A, B1, B2, B5, B6, B15, B17, C, choline, folic acid, inositol, PABA.
MINERALS: calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, phosphorus, pottasium, selenium, sodium, zinc.
