DIRECTIONS: To sprout alfalfa use 2-3 tablespoons of seed to a one litre jar and 2 cups of cold water. Soak for 3-6 hrs. Rinse 2-3 times per day. Use at 4-8 cm long. They take 3-7 days to sprout.
