DIRECTIONS FOR SPROUTING To sprout TATSOI seeds they first need to be soaked 4-8 hrs. sprout in a jar, sprouter, bag, tray or on a saucer. You will need to rinse them 2-3 times each day and they will be edible in 5-7 days. Consume the sprouts when the shoots reach 2-5 cm long. use in salads, sandwiches, pita, coleslaw, sauerkraut, in condiments, pesto, and as a garnish or made into a juice. TATSOI SPROUTS CONTAIN: VITAMINS: Very rich in the antioxydant vitamin A, rich in B vitamins, C, E, K. MINERALS: boron, calcium, silicon, bromine, magnesium, molybdenum, potassium, phosphorus and very rich in sulphur.
