The flesh is very finely fine grained, white in color and features a very rich, tasty flavor. it is a smooth, disc-shaped squash with scalloped edges and white-green rind. The squashes are typically about 12cm in diameter and weigh up to a kilo but are best picked and eaten at only about 5-7cm in diameter when they have a softer skin and can be cooked whole. It has a bush-type growth habit which makes it an excellent squash variety for vegetable plots where space is limited. It is a great variety for use in greenhouses or grow bags. It is a very early variety bearing edible fruit within 50 days of planting.

Sow Oct-Dec in Cold and Temperate areas: Aug- Feb in Subtropics and Feb-Sept in the Tropics. Plant the seeds about 1m apart in all directions or in rows, 75cm apart and in rows 1.2-1.5m apart.
