
VEGETABLE SPAGHETT I
This easy to grow tubular shaped fruit weighs from 2-4 Kg each and can be used exactly as you would pasta spaghetti. The strands can be used in salads, casseroles or on a plate with sauce. The flesh is mellow-tasting with a slight crispness not found in pasta. It can also be baked whole. The vine grows the same as a zucchini
