These lovely green leaves have a distinctive cinnamon/clove flavour and aroma, with the spiciness of cumin. Used in oriental cooking, sushi and salad mix. Also makes for beautiful and healthy garnishings. Approx. 80-85 days to harvest. Direct sow after last frost. Sprinkle seeds in drills and thin out to approx 20-25cm apart. After sowing seeds, water in gently. Keep soil moist but not wet. Seeds can take from 7-21 days to germinate. Plant reaches a height of 45-75 cm and is best treated as an annual.
