DIRECTIONS FOR SPROUTING Soak Triticale seeds in a jar or bag for 10-12 hrs., rinse 2-3 times daily for the 2-4 days needed for germination to occur. Eat the sprouts at 0.5 to 1 cm long. Khorosan sprouts can be used for producing wheatgrass. This is best done by using a tray for growing the seeds.
