DIRECTIONS FOR SPROUTING Place the kernals in a jar or bag or sprouter. Soak 10-12 hrs, drain, rinse 2-3 times a day, consume when sprouts are 0.5-1 cm long. This usually takes 2-3 days. The sprouts are very sweet but the seeds can be a bit chewy and it is best to sprout them in darkness to make them more tender.
